Aaron Dorr is a Managing Director focusing on deal origination, client management, transaction execution, financial structuring, and general advisory work. Since joining Putnam Lovell in 1998, key transactions on which Mr. Dorr has worked include:
- PRS Group's announced sale to EFG International
- MDT Advisers in its sale to Federated Investors
- eSecLending in its sale to TA Associates
- International Asset Management's sale to ABN AMRO Asset Management
- Allianz AG’s acquisition of PIMCO Advisors LP
Prior to joining Putnam Lovell, Mr. Dorr was an Assistant Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell ("DMG"), focusing on the asset management sector. Previously, Mr. Dorr was an Analyst in the Performance and Analytics Group at Putnam Investments and worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies.
Mr. Dorr graduated cum laude from Loyola College with a degree in business.
